Some of our most successful hires have been people with little to no insurance skills but a wealth of marine industry knowledge. We truly are a team of marine experts with previous industry experience in roles such as bridge officer, deckhand, dock builder, tour boat operator, marine machinery executive, sailing instructor, yacht club executive and race management. We value your marine experience as much as – or even more than – your insurance experience. We feel we can train and teach the insurance aspects of our business, but there is no replacing time and experience out on the water.
